Springfield Donut

The Springfield doughnut is a famous roadside attraction located in the small Canterbury town of Springfield, New Zealand.

This giant pink doughnut was initially created as part of a promotional event for The Simpsons Movie in 2007.

The original doughnut was destroyed by arson in 2009, but a replacement was soon installed. 

Today, it's a quirky and fun photo stop for travelers on their way to Arthur's Pass or the West Coast, symbolizing the town's playful charm.

Visitors often stop for a picture and enjoy the scenic surroundings.
