May be an image of one or more people, beard and textHenry and his wife Debby opened Tala in 2023 with "authenticity" to be the heart and soul of their Restaurant.

The Samoan word Tala means "Story" or "Tale" and Henry tells these stories within his cuisine as he introduces his guests fa'a Samoa (The Samoan way) it's culture and hospitality. 

After only 2 years they have achieved the highest praise and been honoured with a Michelin Star. The first Samoan restaurant in the world to receive this accolade.

Located at 235 Parnell Rd, Parnell, Auckland this is now a "must" destination.

Henry has his "Chef's Journey " and "Fagogo Journey" Menu's which feature dishes such as Palolo, Pisupo, Panikeke and Umu Chicken.

With a Michelin Star now it will be advisable to book your table in advance.
